Where all the love of the Spectrum cast is now

Love on the Spectrum is the new Netflix dating show with a difference.

The new series has already received positive reviews for its sensitive approach to dating if you are on the autism spectrum.

The 11 performers actually had more successful dating experiences than saying 'married at first sight' or 'love is blind'. We all know we need happy news when it comes to relationship shows. Who wants to see all the dramatic breakups? (ok, we do that too)

All couples had a lot of fun and two are even married!

Here are the cast of Love on the Spectrum right now.

Thomas and Ruth

Thomas and Ruth dated for four years before the show started. In the first episode, they announced that they were engaged. Ruth has now posted on Instagram showing her wedding photos.

Chlo

Chloe aus Love on the Spectrum

Netflix

Chloe, who is bisexual, said she dated anyone who asked her. She announced early that she had been abandoned by an ex after telling them she was autistic.

Chloe, 19, had a date with Lotus, and the couple said they wanted to meet again after their sunflower harvest trip.

With Lotus, the conversation continued to flow and was hardly ever uncomfortable, she said after connecting through Sailor Moon.

Nobody made me feel the same as before. I smiled for hours after our date ended.

The couple are unfortunately no longer together, but Chloe has said that she would like to get out again and meet up. She also said she learned to be more picky. Before the show, I took appointments because someone asked me. I found it rude to refuse, she added.

Michael

Michael started things on the first episode and revealed that he was new to the dating scene - his dream was to become a husband. He had already made a plaque for his future wife, got his wedding ring and listed deal breakers. The requirements included someone who was not boyish or gothic.

Michael and Amanda didn't make it, but he said he learned a lot from the whole process.

I learned that you have to have some kind of connection with the person you are with, said Michael Michael Refineries 29 .

If it becomes clear that the person is not having fun, I don't think the date should continue.

Mark

In episode three, Mark seeks love by attending a boot camp where he meets several women, including Maddi. In conversation with Refineries 29 he said: I've learned to ask a lot of questions and to speak and behave when you meet.

These skills have really boosted my confidence and gave me new insight into the wonderful but complicated world of love and relationships.

Maddie asked for a tall, blonde, green-eyed, torn partner. Maddi was out on the show with Mark, but it's not clear what she's up to now. She said she wanted someone on the spectrum since similar personality traits are pretty good.

Jimmy und Sharnae

The second couple on the show were Jimmy and Sharnae. The couple dated and got engaged three years before the show. We are waiting for these wedding details!

Olivia

Olivia aus Love on the Spectrum

Netflix

Olivia said dating wasn't something she'd thought about a lot. The actress said, I haven't really seen a lot of people with autism with partners ... The stereotype is that we nuts live in our parents' basement until we are 80, alone and single.

So I just assumed that this was going to be my life.

There is no additional information on Olivia's post-show dating life.

Kelvin

The artist and Comic-Con cosplayer is still in Sydney. On the show, he attended a dating boot camp. It's not clear what's going on with his dating life right now, but he looks happy on Instagram.

Andrew von Love on the Spectrum

Andrew still works for Family and Community Services in Newcastle. He lives with his family where he built a six foot tall Ferris wheel. He loves puzzles and teddy bears. He went speed dating on the show and admitted that at 27 he felt like he had left it too late. It's not clear what Andrew did after the show.
